Dear Petra,

We just wanted to say thank you immensely for organizing such a wonderful and memorable day for us last week. We cannot believe how well everything went, even the weather!

It was the most perfect of days for us, far exceeding our high expectations. We look back on the day and recount so many highlights. The only problem we can think of was that the day was so enjoyable and trouble-free it went too quickly.

Many of our guests had commented on how well the day was arranged, the choice of venues and the fine food. As I said in the speech, we could not have done it without you. If you ever need a recommendation we are here to help.
