TRADITIONAL CZECH WEDDING

Come and enjoy the genuine Czech atmosphere that will inspire you. We will prepare a special program for you, which will not be composed just in the spirit of the Czech cuisine and Czech traditions. 
And for your wedding guests we will organize many days of activities in which they will learn about the Czech culture. 
Be inspired by our demonstration of the traditional Czech wedding. It is all up to you, you can select how extensive program you would like to offer to your guests. 
Your wedding ceremony can be conducted in the royal spirit in an old castle or a romantic chateau, where your celebrations can continue. For your wedding reception you can select some of the typical Czech country houses in the farms, or one of the Prague’s restaurants or lounges with a view of the enchanting Prague …... 

One day before wedding
It is suitable to spend the day before your wedding either by relaxing in one of the city spas, or by an afternoon walk in search of historic monuments. We can also drive you to the fantastic town ofCeský Krumlov, which is a heritage sight protected by UNESCO. You will enjoy your lunch in the old Czech Satlava, which offers medieval feasts with your meals cooked on a fire. When you complete your tour through the town which offers romantic hideaways, beautiful castle, museum and many pubs, we will take you back to Prague. 

Rehearsal Dinner
If you choose to spend that day in Prague, then in the afternoon hours you and your guests will visit the Strahov Brewery above the Prague Castle, where you will have an opportunity to taste the local beer and you will also get a souvenir to take with you. After that we will take you back to the center of the city in an historic tramway to attend a pre-wedding dinner which you will enjoy in one of the typically Czech restaurants. 

Your Big Day 
There are many ways how to spend your wedding day. If you will select Prague as the place for your big day, we will recommend you the best places and the most suitable program.

• Wedding ceremony in the popular Old Town Hall
• Bride will arrive in the vintage Czech Felicia car
• Traditional throwing of leaves after the ceremony
• Guests will board minibuses or vintage cars and will depart to the port to board a riverboat where they will be served a welcome drink (Czech Bohemia sekt). After that they will take a ride through old Prague on the beautiful Vltava River, listening to the sounds of an accordion playing Czech folk music…..
• The newlyweds will be photographed in the Prague’s Gardens and after that they will join a boat ride
• Wedding reception in the restaurant overlooking the picturesque Lesser Town will start with the traditional breaking of a dish
• Guests are sitting down and the newlyweds are eating a dumpling soup from the same dish….
• The first dance is accompanied by the Czech and Slovak dulcimer folklore music, performed by the musicians dressed in folk costumes
• During the evening and upon your request we will perform the Czech traditional abduction of the bride
